Use dgVoodoo[1]
  1. Download dgVoodoo 2.
  2. Copy dgVoodooCpl.exe, dgVoodooCpl.conf and MSx86D3D8.dll from archive to <path-to-game>Bin folder.
  3. Run dgVoodooCpl.exe from <path-to-game>Bin folder.
  4. On General tab select preferred scaling mode.
  5. On DirectX tab select preferred antialiasing, anisotropic filtering, watermark, resolution etc.
  6. Apply and exit dgVoodoo setup.
